With Dan’s sales experience in the financial printing world, he brings to the table a diverse background which adds value to every job and is greatly appreciated by his clients. On top of his M.B.A. in Corporate and International Finance and a J.D. with an emphasis on Corporate Law. Dan invested the major portion of 4 years with the Structured Finance group of a major international law firm’s New York office. While practicing law he spent many sleepless nights with the “printer” learning what worked and what didn’t work.

He has made the transition from drafting Prospectuses, Offering Memoranda and Circulars to getting them printed, distributed, Edgarized and filed in a seamless fashion. Dan’s priority at all times is to ensure that his clients have the best possible experience when dealing with the “printer.”
